Πέθανε Ο Αφηγητής Του Number Of The Beast

Σε όλους μας είναι γνωστή η φωνή που κάνει την εισαγωγή στο πολύ γνωστό τραγούδι των Iron Maiden.

Στο Number Of The Beast γίνεται αφήγηση στην αρχή του κομματιού από τον Barry Clayton, ο οποίος έφυγε σε ηλικία 80 ετών. Ο Barry ήταν ραδιοφωνικός παραγωγός, ο οποίος διάβαζε ιστορίες φαντασμάτων στο Capital Radio.

Τα λόγια που τον έκαναν γνωστό ήταν :

"Woe to You Oh Earth and Sea
For the Devil sends the beast with wrath
Because he knows the time is short
Let him who hath understanding
Reckon the number of the beast
For it is a human number
Its number is six hundred and sixty six."
